Ingredients:
- chickpeas (cooked, drained)
- nut butter
You want a ratio of 4:1 [chickpeas:nut butter]
Eg 80g chickpeas and 20g nut butter

1.throw chickpeas into blender/food processor. blend until crumbly.
2.add nut butter and process again until desired texture is achieved

Voila!

no it tastes like cookie dough :). uhm well i guess you can bake them if you want but then it wouldn't really be cookie dough anymore. baked, it would be like a brownie/blondie. i like them both ways!
  • is there an alternative to chickpeas you can use?

Try white beans? Or any type of bean in general. I use black beans as well but it's a completely different taste.

How on earth does ground chickpeas and nut butter taste anything like cookie dough.... I guess I'd have to try it before judging.
