How much can I lose in a month?

I was doing pretty good with my workout and diet until 2 months ago where I completely stopped . I started feeling tired all the time (or lazy I am not sure which one), stressed and anxious. Anyways long story short, I stopped counting calories, ate comfort food and other than leisure walks I didn't keep myself active. I realized it and decided to start over again from next week. I've put on close to 4 weeks now. Just wondering how much can I lose in the next one month? I would love to hear some motivational storie/tips/advice. I am currently 151 lbs female with a height of 5'2.

    I lost 16lb in the first month. High protein, no/low carb, low cal, medically supervised. 5'1" 168lb at starting.

    2-4 lbs more realistic IMO. I think you might be more successful and more consistent by targeting a lower loss rate. When you were losing, how much did you average per month loss?
