Total weight lost: 6 lbs from last time I was dieting. I was down 20 and I gained 14 back.
This week's successes: I started my January weight loss the day after Christmas. I've done well this week.
This week's challenges: I go back to work on Tuesday and I'm worried that I won't get enough exercise in. I'm always exhausted when I get home from work. (I teach)2 -

Happy New Year all! I'm very excited to join the challenge! I'm 46, married, with a demanding, high stress career so I make little time for myself. Excuses, I know. I've been successful at losing weight before but have gained it all back - and then some. Time to refocus! CW is 187 (highest adult weight). :-( Ultimate goal weight range would be 135-140. I have a friend getting married in October so I have a target. A realistic one pound per week and I will be close. If anyone in the challenge wants to send a friend request, I'd be happy to have the support. Good luck everyone! We can do this!5

OK, I am in! Single parent of three, full time job, I do a fair bit of exercise, need to be more disciplined with my eating and drinking.

I'm a 64 yoga and meditation teacher. I lost and gained 10 pounds in 2016. Stuck at 165 and feeling bummed. My ultimate goal is 140 but my goal at the moment is actually sticking with journaling and eating 1200 calories a day for THIS WEEK! And losing 15 pounds by July 1st.
