Before and during (57lbs lost)

I started my journey June 2015, and I have gone from 250lbs to 193. I achieved this by simply changing my eating habits and exercising more. No pills, weight loss products, meal replacement shakes, etc. It was extremely hard at first, and it still is, but it gets easier the more you stick with it. I went from a size 16 to a size 12 bottoms; and XL/XXL to M/L tops. My ultimate goal is to be 140 pounds, so I'm about halfway there and still as strong as I was when I first started. Losing this much weight is one of my greatest achievements. The other is finishing college.

I wanted to share a bit of my story and photos for extra motivation for myself and anyone else that needs it.
