(Please move this if it's in the wrong area. It's been a while since i've posted. XD)

So over the last two years, i'd sort of hovered around this site a bit. I took a swing at losing weight and dropped about 25 out of my 70-90 pound goal in a few months. Then an issue i'd been dealing with for a while(but was less of an issue before) came back pretty heavily, depression, and it all went splat. Now I have not gained everything back(close to it though), 15 of those 25 lost, but with the new year coming up, i'm going to stick to it. Time to start fresh! And to help cement it, I said it in front of my boyfriend's entire family on Christmas.

My name is Chelsea. I'm 29 yrs old and currently living in a small town in western New York. I am fairly open about things, and while shy when it comes to talking to people, I am not very shy about a lot of topics haha. I am currently at 220lbs and only 5'3". I have a large skeletal frame. My goal by my 30th birthday at the end of 2017 will be to get back down to at LEAST 150lbs, which was my weight in High School(and was still considered overweight, although looking at the shorts I wore back then.. I seriously wonder how. I was fairly small).

I will be trying to drag my boyfriend on this journey with me. He is a bit on the big side himself, but he's a hard one to push. However, having him on board should make things overall much easier for both of us.

The hardest part of this will be giving up pasta.. or at least only being able to eat hardly a couple finger's grab worth of it. XD I love pasta sooooo much.

You should spend your time and energy on your journey and not worry about your bf. he will never do it if it isn't totally his idea and goal. Plus, when/if he slips he may take you with him as you are tied to it together. Better to set an example for him and let him follow naturally on his own. As you lose weight and gain energy, it is likely he will also want to do it. However, if you cook meals just cook for both of you (letting it happen naturally).

What plan on you following? Do you have an activity for exercise you have chosen?
