Fat days

What do you do when you have a bad feeling day? I haven't weighed myself since before Christmas and I haven't eaten that badly to be fair but I just feel like I use to today - I have lost 2 stone and in feeling like I did before I lost? I take pictures each week for progress And feel like I don't look different or infect bigger this week! What do you guys do to feel better or whatever

    Jump on the scale and face the truth. You don't really know what you're dealing with otherwise.

    I agree. Jump on that scale and deal. I have 100 lbs to lose and put 5 more lbs over xmas. I have started and stopped too many times to count. I am starting with changing my habits by first dealing. You can do it

    It's not the scale because I weighed myself today and I'm the lowest I have been it's the feeling - I know I haven't put weight on but I just feel fat?

    Everyone has fat days...

    I try not to worry about it, as I know that if I'm being consistent the scales will go the right way eventually.

    I am a better talker than a writer, but i will try any way because i truly want to help.It sounds to me it is an emotional item not a weight issue, If you are losing weight then you know you are not as "fat" as you were and I am not saying you were ever "fat". The feeling of "fat" is where you need to attack in similar ways you did the physical "being fat". i went through the same issue up until 2 days ago I had lost a bunch of weight and gained a lot back. i was feeling "fat". I prayed whenever i could. You may not pray but i do so i did. I had to realize that even with my gain I was still not the same person i used to be. I'm not sure where you started but you are not physically the same person either. Grasp that you are not. Sometimes it helps to buy a new outfit. Go do something the old physical you would not try to do or simply could not do. I hope this helps a little bit.

    I take out my biggest pair of underwear or jeans from when I started in may. I lay my current ones in top. to see tje big difference makes me feel better and realize how far I've come.
