Starting again

Good evening. I have been a part of this community for a while. This past year has been full of challenges (losing two pregnancies, morning sickness, cravings, and depression). I am finally over the wait to get to the due date of my daughter and feel like I can finally move towards getting my body back, not only for myself but for my future living children.

Today was the first day legitimately back to the gym and it felt great! Stationary bike, weight lifting, and a 1 mile cool down walk. I am currently using the Couch to 10K app and plan on running a 10K by the end of the summer (I've done many 5Ks and it is time to amp it up).

If you want to add me and help me on my journey, by all means go ahead. I look forward to the promise of 2017 and getting my body back!
