Dairy and gluten free?

Looking for suggestions on easy lunches I can pack and take to work. I'm on the road all day, so heating up is not an option. Appreciate all suggestions!!

Nuts, seeds, salads without croutons (olive or avocado oil Make good dressings), Tuna salad, hard boiled eggs, dried fruit, avocados, baby carrots, diced fruit, deli meat in lettuce wraps. If you want something hot, an insulated food jar is a really good investment for those long days.0

Gram Flour is made from chickpeas & Gluten Free. Recipes using this are ideal e.g. Pakora (pakora is Asian snack/side dish full of tasty spices. Best warm but still nice cold. You can do veg/chicken/fish pakora: Pakora recipe here:

Roti is Asian flat bread and can be eaten cold and filled with chicken/meat/Veg or have it plain. Roti Recipe here:

Mayonnaise is gluten and dairy free (it contains eggs which aren't dairy) make a roast chicken potato and sweetcorn salad. Add the chicken potatoes sweetcorn with salt pepper and cover with mayo (can also add tomatoes, cucumbers etc). Also Tuna Mayo Salad (I like sliced boiled egg sweetcorn tuna and mayo with salt pepper)
