Popcorn.....

Been to the cinema today, which is usually diet disaster! But as I was grabbing a sandwich from Boots I spotted Shapers popcorn, I had the maple flavour one but they also have salted. I was amazed that they were only 92 calories a bag! Quite a decent size bag too and it tasted lovely. Felt quite proud of myself when I left the pictures having only consumed 92 calories instead of the 1000s that I normally do. Would definitely recommend this to all....

    good to know, i am popcorn addict. Can you buy it at stores?

    I think with it being a Boots branded product you can only get it in Boots stores (not sure where you're from? Boots is a uk shop, sorry if you knew that already!)
