I'm a 23 year old female who is trying to gain weight in a healthy way and have been trying to eat healthier and all that and am wondering what a good vitamin/ supplement would be for me to take every day? I don't eat much meat and no seafood at all.. my diet consists mainly of carbs, dairy products, fruits, veggies.

Take whatever your doctor has told you to take.

Get in food from all food groups every day. To eat more meat and seafood sounds like a good idea if you aren't eating a lot of that and need to gain weight. Add nuts and seeds. Eggs. Oils and fats. Choose whole grains more often than white. Vary the foods within each group too.

Your best bet is probably just a multivitamin.

I personally take ZMA tablets. But I'll second taking a physician prescribed multivitamin. If you're looking to gain weight though, all you need is to eat in a caloric surplus.

Get bloodwork done and find out what you're low in.

If I had to name 1, it would be Vitamin D, because most people don't get enough and it is bloody hard to get from food.

But really, any vitamin is useless unless you're deficient in it, so get blood work done. You don't get points for extra vitamins, you just pee them out.

If you stop eating animal products entirely, you'll want a B12 supplement.

But other than that, you're probably fine. Don't waste your money.
