Well, 2016 was just a terrible year with regards to getting on track. I am determined to make 2017 a much better year! It won't be easy but I know it will be worth it! I have 35lbs to lose and plan on doing it by running a few half marathons this year and eating well and adding in strength training. I will be posting again here on this same date next year with even bigger goals for 2018! Please feel free to add me!0

I'm from nj and looking to lose 85 lbs my struggle is compounded with a medical condition called cervical dystonia which makes my neck turn to the right.
