Happy New Year everyone….I hit my goal for 2016 and was down to 195 lbs as of this morning. My goal for 2017 is to continue this trend. 52 lbs in 52 weeks will put me right at my goal of 140 lbs (well close, at 143 lbs). I wish everyone the best health and heart in their journey this year.

Hey everyone. I'm so in! I gained about 35 pounds over 2016, lost 6 towards the end and have been maintaining for a few weeks. I am ready to lose the rest of what I gained (at least!) and then some! I weigh in on Saturdays but technically I begin my new journey today.

I started near the end of May 2016.. I lost 48# _ 1 lbs short of hitting 200. Hit a wall and sabotaged myself from Nov thru Dec. Gratefully I only gained 6# Now back at it!!
