How often do you practice yoga?

I was just wondering if anyone did a few poses each day or if it was a once a week thing, or if you do it a few days a week. I really want to work on stretching and would like to be a bit more flexible. I'm currently doing the 30DS and I was wondering if a few moves would help with the stiffness. Hahaha! I'm a beginner but I do know a few moves. :)

    I love the plow! I try to do a set of asanas at least once a week.

    But try to just to regular stretching all the time

    At the moment I stretch several times a day using a combination of stretches and some yoga postures. Tomorrow I am starting a 10 week fit yoga course which consisted of two 75 minute classes per week. They also recommend taking at least one general yoga class a week during the course.

    Okay! Cool! I'm not sure I can do the plow just yet! LOL! I do love Triangle and Warrior I and Warrior II. Down Dog is another one that really helps me too. I guess I will try for 2x's a week for a good yoga workout.

    I usually do a yoga workout, either P90X or my own variation of poses, 2-3 times a week. It keeps me loose, and helps after my long runs to ease the muscle strain.
