Set a realistic goal.21

If you have only 18 lbs total to lose, expect it to take 3-9 months or so. Aiming for .5-1 lbs lost per week will get you there.6

Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week and the less you have to lose the slower it tends to go. 18 pounds in 8 weeks is pushing it. You may need to reconsider your goals, especially in light of your other thread.
There are some great posts in the stickied Most Helpful Posts ( must reads ) at the top of each forum section. I like these in particular for getting started:

In what possible circumstances could you "need" to do this? Are you a jockey preparing for a big race? A prizefighter trying to squeeze into a lower weight category? Or has someone kidnapped a family member and is demanding that you lose 18lb by way of a ransom?
Your weight loss goal is almost certainly unrealistically fast. I suggest reconsidering it. If you can give us your stats (height, weight, gender, age) then we can help you to choose a sustainable rate of loss.11 -
Stretch that out to 4 months and then weigh and measure everything you take in to stay in a calorie deficit. 18 pounds in 2 months is only realistic for someone who is morbidly obese. Don't get in a hurry.2

That depends on your current weight, height and age4 -
Is 18 pounds all that you need to lose? Or is it a short-term goal?

At your size about 4 - 6 lbs.1 -
Now that I know you're already underweight almost - I wouldn't suggest losing any weight in 2 months.

From her other thread, she's 5'2" tall and 106 pounds.
She doesn't need to lose any weight and losing 18 pounds would put her dangerously underweight.
OP, please seek help for your body issues.13 -

You are at a healthy weight already. Why in the world would you want to hurt yourself, but at the very least look horrible for a photoshoot?0
