25, F - Needing to loose 55lbs !! Help

It would be amazing to get help from someone! I'm 25, 5'10 and right now I'm at my highest weight ever at 205 this morning. It's really getting to me but I'm determined to make a change! My goal weight is 150. And I floated around 180 all last year.

I was a vegetarian for two years but started eating meat again and maybe that's why I gained weight so fast back. Also just making poor decisions. I also work out of a work camp so the food is made for me already so I have to pick and choose what to eat out of my options there. I'm a surveyor so I am active most of the day quading and walking around! I find I'm so tired after work I just wanna eat and lay down! But I'm not going to anymore.

They have a huge gym there tho! That I haven't really been using. But will start today!
I do get to go home every 21 days for 6 days off. I also have weights and a heavy bag at home since I love kickboxing and use to take classes all the time! I want to start taking classes again once I get with a better company so I can be home more. Hopefully in the spring.

I really need help with motivation and keeping me accountable and a lot of help with diet and what to workout really. The machines and weights stress me out a little. I love running in the summer and usually run 5-10km all the time. I'm scared since I let myself go so bad I couldn't even run 5 right now :(

    I'm 195lb looking to lose approx 50lbs. I was a vegetarian until I turned 17 and went from a UK size 10 to size 16/18 over the years , although I've also had 3 children in that time. I'm intending to reduce meat and sugar consumption this year which will hopefully help.

    Feel free to add me! I'm 22, my highest weight was 205, and I'm hovering around 153 now, so I'd say I'm familiar with these goals! Additionally, running is my exercise of choice and I'm trying to get back into it after the holidays. Sounds like we have a lot in common!

    Until 1 year ago I was about 140lbs. Now I weigh 188. I started taking meds for seizures and PTSD and no matter what I do, I can't drop weight. I am 5'9", so I am fairly tall, but I am so embarrassed by the weight, I no longer participate in family functions. My kids and husband are out celebrating the new year and I just want to sit at home. I would love suggestions.

    Hey, I'm 30/f/5'8 and 230 pounds. I hit a low of 196 before Thanksgiving a year ago...and then I just started gaining again(stopped mfp)..Just downloaded mfp on this phone. All time teen/adult low was 150 when I was 20..I was 225 in high school. I wish I was around 200..

    Start logging your calories in this app and if you can afford one buy a fitness watch to assist in your journey to lose weight.

    You really need to see how many calories you're burning versus what your eating.
