I started MFP this time last year. I was 157lb and my aim was to get down to 140lbs. I managed to lose 10lbs and then just lost all motivation and my eating got out of control. Now I'm 159lbs and aiming for 140lbs again! I need friends to help motivate and support me and obviously I'd love to motivate and support you back! Please feel free to add me!

Make sure it wasn't overdoing it that made you lose motivation. Eating too little always leads to eating too much. (Or eating disorder.) Set realistic goals and don't cut out anything you love.0

I did the same thing! I did weight watchers a few years ago and was successful, but I fell off the wagon when I had my son. Last year I started tracking Calories instead (to save money) and it worked well for a while, but I eventually gave up and gained everything back.... I'm back to try again! Add me if you'd like!0
