Hey Guys,

I'll be starting my weight loss journey 02/01/2017 which is tomorrow. I've failed in the past due to my lack of consistency. However, when I had a friend who was by my side (not physically) but she would message me in the morning to exercise etc...I was consistent. I know that there are people that just need that encouragement to either start or to stay focused.

So whoever wants to be that support and need that support...let's do this!
