When an MFP friend messes up, do you keep him / her company?

Have you ever learned that an MFP friend had overindulged in the cupcakes and donuts and was feeling bad, so decided to munch to keep them company? Or have you ever figured that since they ate something, you deserved or might as well have some too? Why or why not?

um, no I don't pay much attention to diaries except my own. If I saw someone ate a dozen cupcakes, I can pretty much guarantee I wouldn't do the same just because they chose to.

Steve is the one who ate the cupcakes and donuts and probably something else as well because he felt like jumping of the bridge after that

A friend messing up doesn't affect me, just proof that we're all human. What doesn't help is when people are posting closeup pictures of pies.
