I lost 35 pounds on WW Points + and have gained 15 since they switched to SP. I can't do a diet that punishes you for sweet treats. But I know "not all calories are created equal" so any advice as I begin to get used to counting calories and not just points?

If you need some tips hit me up with a message I can help. Sometimes it is hard when certain diets and or people tell you that cannot have any "cheats". Unless you are getting ready for a competition i do not reccomend that

I also left WW when they switched to Smart Points. I no longer believe that "all calories are not created equal". Weight Watchers fell for the sugar is evil myth. Good luck with returning to calorie counting, hope you will love it here!

    Thank You!

I struggled when WW changed to SP. I can't feel like I'm on a diet. Trust the calculations MFP provides, and I recommend a FitBit. You can sync it up and earn some extra calories by increasing your steps/activity.
