'Toning' isn't actually a thing.... you want to reduce bodyfat to show more muscle?

I'm just curious how you interpret tone up, and/or if you mean it to be spot reducing? If so, that is not going to happen because spot reducing does not exist.

If you want muscle, that's going to take a lot of hard work with lifting, eating at at least maintenance, and eating about .8 grams of protein per pound of body fat. You won't get bulky, but you will see definition.

117 pounds is a lot (congrats!), so I imagine you must have some loose skin. If not, wonderful! If so, then weightlifting might help that somewhat, but the result is often left up to genetics and time. In fact, I am a weight lifting advocate, so I advocate it as often as possible anyway!

    Good luck.

How's that tone-up going? I bet you really look great! More pictures? I like that first picture from last year. Congrats on the weight loss. :flowerforyou:
