I weighed in last Sunday which was one year after my 1st weigh in. I am down 112 pounds in that year. I have a goal of 60 more in the next year and will c where to go from there. Been on MFP for about 6 months of it and it has helped alot.

    Phenominal job - you are looking great, and probably feeling so much better too.

    For me, it's things like getting in and out of the truck - gliding in; instead of plopping on the seat and wedging myself behind the steering wheel. Having T-shirts that hang, instead of serving as a 'Belly Bra'.
