Im stuck on 76 for 3months
I usually workout 5 days a week for 55 min -1 hour
What more can i do
And i binge into cheat day 2 times a week
Usually at dinner

    Your weekly calorie intake matches your energy output. In other words, you are eating at maintenance.

    Track your calories and consume fewer calories than your body uses.

    Exercise is great but it won't lead to weight loss if you then eat the equivalent calories so that you aren't at a calorie deficit.

    Is that 5 days per week? You said that you "binge into cheat day 2 times a week" and that can be a whole lot of calories. In order to maintain 76 kg for 3 months, you are averaging enough calories per week to reach that maintenance calorie amount.

    How are you tracking your calorie intake? Are you using a food scale? Are you tracking everything, including cheats? Have you double-checked the database entries that you are using for accuracy?

    I track my calories on fitness pal
    My calories on cheat day are 1500 approx
    And 1000 other than tht

    My suggestion is that you concentrate on being very accurate with your logging. I bet that will help.

    Up your daily calories and cut out the cheat days/ meals.
