Looking for friends to challenge and motivate, serious about changing.

I lift 6x a week at home. Looking for a group of people that would like to connect and set challenges of any kind. Do 100 push-ups before the end of the day, hold plank for 2+ mins. Bench press your weight by the end of the month, etc. who's with me?!

    I just started resistance training at home... Pretty sure I couldn't handle 100 push-ups a day yet... I'm REALLY sore. :) Good luck, though. Happy New Year.

    I workout at home! Just signed up for the "lean body challenge "which is open for sign up if interested. It the one for Labrada Nutrition and it's free!!

    I am also starting resistance training. Been a long time out of shape but it's all about to change. Got a cool app for different exercise if your interested.

    I love Labrada products. That's great! My wife and I write our own programming and we've seen lots of results. She has a degree on this, I just do what the coach says. :smile:

    The push-ups were exaggerated but we can work our way up there!
