Hello from a newbie

Excited to be part of the community - I've learned a lot just from reading and look forward to learning from all of you so I can meet my goals this year.

A quick question - I've linked my FitBit (Charge HR) to MFP and it seems to be working fine after I synched. Should I just let the FitBit report my activity level or should I also add exercise? It seems like double-counting if I also add exercise?

    Hi -My FITBIT is also synched with MFP but I decided NOT to add my exercise to MFP. I did not want MFP to increase my daily calories. Right now, I'm just getting used to moving again so I do not need to eat more calories just learn to stay within a 1500 daily limit. We will see in about 30 days how that works!
