Hello everyone!
I have successfully lost weight a number of times since 2001, but seem to have a hard time keeping it off. Here I am back again, weight the highest I have weight since 2001 when I lost weight the first time. It's time for it to go for good. I'm trying to set some goes for the new year. So far I have:
No drinking in January (Yes, I have to do this. It's the best way to jumpstart weightloss)
Eating 1500 calories or less per day (but above 1200, we're not going to starve)
Use my new stair stepper 5 days per week.
Complete a 28 day squat challenge.
I would love some buddies to join me, feel free to add me as a friend!
