I am looking for support to help me with this journey. I was on MFP under a different user a few years ago but felt that it was holding me back because I kept looking at the old weight. I was able to lose 40lbs the first time. I am looking for people to comment, support, like, etc... I know that I can do this with the help of MFP and my family. I want to show my boys that it's possible. I want to kick my incurable blood condition (Essential Thrombocythemia) who is boss.

I'm a heart patient and b4 I started my journey I ate what I wanted when I wanted with no regard for my health always been a big girl and always blammed it on other things and never myself then one day I was like enough is enough!!!
