My Goal: Lose 4 pounds by January 31. Current weight 170

    Nice. Currently 145 (already lost a pound). But by the end of the month I wanna lose 5 more

    Challenge accepted. Goals: lose 20 by May, integrate workout routine into lifestyle.

    I'll take challenge to lose at least 5 by Jan 31

    I just want to be strong again. This means: 1) losing 34lb by end of May (i.e. From 179 to 145), which puts me right where I feel the strongest, 2) beat my race times from last year during Michigan States meet (US masters swimming), 3) <1:23 time for Swimto the Moon 5k in August, 4) a yet to be defined fitness test goal, 5) significant improvement in my stress & anxiety levels.
    I want my old self back...
