Hello Everyone!!
My name is Sariha, I am not new but I was away for a long time. I am 24 years old and I am trying to lose weight. I used to be able to run for 30 mins without getting to tired and I was watching what I ate but then I broke my toe and was out for a while. After that I could not get back into my routines. Life was just happening to much and now I am back. I am looking for some motivation to keep me on track this year.
A little about me is that I currently work at a retail clothing store part time, I am a student full time. I am studying to become a Librarian. I am currently majoring in History before I get a Masters in Librarian Science. I love the color green and I love frogs. My favorite tv shows and movies are Supernatural, Doctor Who, Sherlock and anything on the Food channel. My favorite movies are The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and Marvel movies.
I love to paint acrylic paintings, cook, read, watch scary movies with my family, and I love to write. I love to make new friends and always up to giving motivation. I will mention that I suffer from sever Anxiety and I tend to be my worst critic. I hoping that by losing weight and gaining confidence it won’t be so bad. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

    Hi there! Looks like we have quite a few things in common. I am also not new and haven't been around for a long time.     I was also on here and then left. I experience bouts of depression so that can be challenging and I'm hoping that getting back into eating healthy and exercising again will help. I love to read too!

    Hi there, similar to you all, I've done this before but am back again as im now the heaviest I've ever been - stepped on the scales yesterday and couldn't believe my eyes! This really worked for me last time so am confident that it'll work again and just need to stick with it. I've got a fair few similar interests to you so feel free to link with me along the journey :-) x

    I'm a returner too! I stopped using fitness pal when I fell pregnant. I'm 21 and put on 1 1/2 stone during pregnancy (which I lost straight after giving birth.) But I'm back on fitness pal more to concentrate on what I eat, rather than just eating whatever. I'm looking to lose 1/2 stone and then just tone up. I have always been self conscious of my weight while growing up as my mum was always on diets, but now I'm nearly comfortable.

    I started Jan11th weighing the most I have ever weighed, too!
