Has anyone tried the iaso detox tea? Did it work for you & did you have any side affects such as mild stomach hurting and cramping, and feeling nauseated?

Most of the fit, detox, and skinny teas contain either natural laxatives or diuretics. They cause you to drop water weight or waste very quickly but do not help with fat loss. Please be careful with teas that contain senna. They really shouldn't be used for more than a week.0

Laxative teas can lead to bigger problems down the line and pooping excessively isn't true weight loss.1
