Resolution Explosion

Here I am yet again with the same resolution I set last year. I'm at a heavier weight than I was last year thanks to the freshman fifteen, but look to lose at least 10-15 pounds this year to get back to where I was. I also have a higher up goal to lose 20+ pounds this year, but we'll see. I'm currently 150ish, but I haven't weighed myself in over a month. I workout almost everyday. I usually hit my 10,000 step goal everyday and sometimes add yoga, cardio, and strength workouts every other day. I also clean horse stalls every Friday and ride my horse at least three days a week. My resolution this year is to do what I didn't do last year like revenge I guess. What about you guys? How much do you want to lose?

Not much, maybe 10 lbs...more about pant size. I am still within my 'window' but there are a few pants in my wardrobe that I am not comfortable wearing.
Holiday season and winter is always tough on me but I am getting used to this little roller coaster that I seem to have ridden on the last three years.
The gym was busier than usual today, a lot of new years resolution people I imagine0 -
Started in July with 120lbs to lose. I lost 60 lbs so far and hope to lose another 15 lbs by Easter, from there I will set another small goal. I would love to be at goal but the end of this year, but I'm not focusing so much on that as my next small goal.
Good luck to you all in your weight loss!1 -
Two and a half stone, so that would be... 35lb. Hopefully should be able to lose that in a year. I'll be happy when I lose the remaining half a stone to get me indy the "overweight" category so I can negotiate cheaper life insurance!1

5-10lbs. Itll take me to underweight but i prefer that weight on me. Ive been underweight most of my life.0

i have 30 left to lose (have lost 80 over the past 2 years and maintained for the past year). but i dont make resolutions. when i lose it, i lose it. might all be this year. might take 2 years. whatever. any loss, no matter how small, is a gain.0

25-30 left to go, lost about 50-55 so far (holiday weight gain won't be clear for a few weeks yet while I resettle back into my routine). Would be nice to be close to goal by the summer but I'm not sweating it, last year was sloooow due to a lot of life factors so I'm pretty easy going about getting there when I get there. The dangerous weight is off now, it's all vanity from here!0

I have about 15 more to go.
You sound like you get plenty of activity, now you just need to track & control your calorie intake! I bet you can lose all 15 and probably even the 20 pounds in 6 months or less if you just log your food and stay within your calorie goal!0 -
I'd like to get to a "normal" weight this year, which means I have about 37 pounds to go. Two years ago I lost 50 pounds, and last year 53, so I think I'm right on track to do it.0
