I'm serious. Sugar can be dangerous and I believe is the crutch of millions trying to lose weight. So if y'all are in, let's do this. Mainly processed sugar. Fruits are ok. Are you IN?

    I'm one day into this challenge. Sugar is my biggest addiction and finding it really tough so far. Just focusing on taking it one day at a time. Would love some support.

    Absolutely. My wife once threw a jar of corn syrup at me and blackened my eye. :/
