Monounsaturated & Polyunsaturated fats

Please help me to understand. If Monounsaturated & Polyunsaturated fats are your health fats, then why in my nutrients counter for MFP does it recommend me to have "0"?

0 = no limit.1

It should say N/A, as there's no limit, but MFP1

But when it says I've had 1g it then says -1g0

Just think of it as an MFP foible. MFP has many, many foibles.1
