Exercise Ideas for Unfit Mummy with a Tummy !

Hi everyone !
I need exercise ideas to target the mummy tummy that are for beginners - I'm extremely unfit and need to work myself up.
Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated

Start with walking or swimming1

I would do a combo of cardio and small strength workouts. Slowly incorporate ab workouts as you feel you can handle them.
I always have to take my ab workouts slow due to my c-sections and the way my incisions are. But hard work and perseverance and you will get there!!0 -
Are you trying to shrink the fat there or loose skin? Exercises don't target either of those unfortunately.

Hi there - I'm trying to shrink the fat there - my last child I had to have my first ever c section so I've been quite aware of my scar and really just being low impact right now and using the exercise bike.. we have a lot of outdoor gym in my town so I'm going to try and start using their equipment as well
school holidays do make it hard though

You can't target fat loss with exercise. Your body decides where to lose fat from and when in the process, often the midsection is the last to go. Eat in a deficit to cause fat loss, do cardio you like, I'd start with walking or a fun beginner class. Add some beginner yoga or body weight exercises that include core to start to build strength and hold on to the muscle you already have. After awhile, look into a beginner weights program or a class or something.2
