There are all these articles on here about high intensity interval training. I've been doing this for 6 months but it's not listed in the exercises for my diary. How do you record it in MyFitnessPal?

    I use Endomondo, one of the Under Armour apps. It has both iPad and iPhone versions so it's good if you have multiple devices.

    I'd use circuit training.

    Like @JenMc14, I log HIIT-type workouts as circuit training, too.

    Ok. I've been using Calisthenics, vigorous effort. I use weights in my workout but truly have no idea how many calories I'm burning.

    Circuit training is the closest thing. I did 40 minutes of a moderate HIIT workout yesterday and burned around 200 cals according to my Apple Watch. I'm 5'5 and 148.
