Last time I had a binge was the 4th of July. Not one urge. I'm staying positive, and the long awaited weight is coming off, and I'm happy. Normally, I find myself having severe binges at least twice a week. I'm also seeing a eating counselor, and thats also helping. Also learning to treat myself in moderation, so that helps take the edge off as well. Just wanted to share. :smile:

    That rocks. I have/had binge eating and bulimia and I KNOW how hard that is to accomplish.
