                    Only have about 300 calories to work with so.... 56 g of shell macaroni, 10 shrimp, garlic, 2 cups stirfry frozen vegies with a little soup base & cornstarch for sauce.  What is your supper?

            I live 30 min from a grocery store and I haven't gone in a while so its whats available:)
 Steamed Cauliflower
 Can green beans (yuck any suggestions on seasoning?)
 Gardin Schwan Beef (veggies meat)

            Chicken noodle soup, tortilla chips and then mini sweet peppers mixed with crumbled bacon and low calorie Italian dressing. Grand total 495 calories.0

            Chicken stir fry-homemade. 3 cups.0
- 
            Large pan seared pork chop (10oz?12?... Not sure, I don't track), pile of green beans with butter.0

 Just a shade under 900 calories.4

            wife is working late and Ive been running around all day so its whatever I grab or whip together. Most likely some chicken and soup leftovers. Nothing fancy but it will do.
 Ill blend up a smoothy for a late night snack too...........

            I have a pack of butternut squash about to go bad so I think I'll make soup in the pressure cooker and maybe there's room in my cals for a slice of bread with.1

            Not exactly the 'meal of champions', but a cup of leftover mashed potatoes/gravy, and a packet of honey BBQ tuna. (In case you couldn't tell, we need to go grocery shopping...lol)0

            Taco Tuesday! Three hard shells, ground turkey, hot sauce, cheese, lettuce and tomato.1
