I've been trying to lose about 15 pounds over the summer and I'm hitting my calorie goal, even under it sometimes. I've been reaching my goal for a little over a month now but there's been no change......so now I'm just giving up mentally and getting even more frustrated :(

Do you take measurements? The scale hasn't budged hardly for me lately so I started taking measurements and that is how I see the difference!

Don't give up yet. You can do this. I tried to check our your food diary, but it's not accessible to the public. Just a suggestion. How often do you exercise? Are you checking your sodium levels daily? Are you checking your sugar levels daily. Also, I have found when I have plateaued, what is really happening is my body is changing shape. Are you taking other measurements other than what the scale says.
    Friend me if you want.
    Good luck!

Are you exercising? You may have to kick that up a notch.

Oh my gosh, tell me about it! But you can't give up. I work out almost daily and am always under my calorie goal, but have actually gained this last month. Eventually it'll happen. You just have to be VERY patient. I know it's tough. Stay with it! :o)

Don't give up. Maybe you're stressing too much about it. Go get a massage. Relax. You are doing the right thing for your body. It'll happen :)
  • Dont give up! It's normal. You're body is still getting use to the new changes. It will work stuff out and then you will start seeing the numbers go down on the scale again. You also want to make sure you are meeting your goal and not going under it all the time. Your body will go into starvation mode and you won't lose weight that way.
