Supper tonight

Only have about 300 calories to work with so.... 56 g of shell macaroni, 10 shrimp, garlic, 2 cups stirfry frozen vegies with a little soup base & cornstarch for sauce. What is your supper?

    I live 30 min from a grocery store and I haven't gone in a while so its whats available:)

    Steamed Cauliflower
    Can green beans (yuck any suggestions on seasoning?)
    Gardin Schwan Beef (veggies meat)

    Chicken noodle soup, tortilla chips and then mini sweet peppers mixed with crumbled bacon and low calorie Italian dressing. Grand total 495 calories.

    wife is working late and Ive been running around all day so its whatever I grab or whip together. Most likely some chicken and soup leftovers. Nothing fancy but it will do.

    Ill blend up a smoothy for a late night snack too...........

    I put a crock pot full of navy beans and a ham bone on this morning. Going to have cornbread with it. I am looking forward to dinner tonight. :)

    I have a pack of butternut squash about to go bad so I think I'll make soup in the pressure cooker and maybe there's room in my cals for a slice of bread with.

    I keep a variety of Lean Cuisine and frozen veggies on hand for just such occasions. 300 calories would be shrimp alfredo over a bag of broccoli with a bunch of sriacha.
