:heart: I'm looking forward to giving support, and getting the much needed support I need. I've been workingout off and on for over 20 yrs. The most I've lost from fitness and eating is 72 lbs when I was 27. I'm currently 41 and loving it!

My fitness goals are to:

Lose 83 lbs
Compete In a fitness show before age 45

    Awesome! Good on ya girl! No matter where anyone is in their lives, everyday is an opportunity for some progress. You're gonna make that fitness competition and I'm gonna get some nice buff pipes and get bodybuilding. Let's do this!
