Hi..I am newly retired as a school administrators. I needed to retire due to my back and fibromyalgia. I've gained about 15 lbs...would like to lose 20. I am limited in what I came do for exercise...I have a 5000 step goal and 1500 calories. I have cut out almost all red meat and try to go vegetarian a couple days a week. I also try to keep an anti inflammatory diet of no nitrates or preservatives. Bread is my downfall!

40 with back problems. I move the wrong way and I'm out of the gym for weeks. Diet is all I have that can be consistent. Bread is the Devil.0

Are you able to swim? I find it to be a great workout, yet easy on the body.0
