    Jillian Michaels videos, I prefer 30 day shred. Excellent results!

    Running has given me wonderful results, but what's more important is finding something you enjoy and will be able to stick to. No matter how good a workout is made out to be, if you can't stick to it you won't have good results.

    i think this is going to be an individual thing
    some people dont even exercise and still lose weight
    i have mostly done workouts from fitnessblender.com and group exercises in the gym. spinning and circuits

    what ever you choose, ensure logging is tight

    Running burns the most calories for me. Couch to 5k really works great. Fastest way to get results is to stick to CICO - food intake has to be reduced to lose weight effectively. What they say is true, you can't outrun a bad diet. Don't starve yourself, but burn more calories than you consume.

    It all depends on the person. I am sure, one will see quicker results if they had a 3hr session vs a 1hr session. If you want quicker results put more time into it.
