Weight Lifting Apps

I want to start focusing on weight training. I've been on the cardio machines way too long. What are some helpful apps out there for beginners? (not able to get a person trainer.)

I don't know what type of strength training you had in mind, but I have been working with the Wendler 531 app and LOVE it! I love that it tells me what to do and with how much weight (because really the goal is to increase weights each week) everyday, which is good when you get up when I do! I think you should read through the above threads, decide on your goals and a program, and search for that app. There are tons of good ones to keep you on track and motivated! Good luck! I love strength training so much!1
