"Light" stretching

What on earth is "light" stretching or "mild" stretching as in the exercise database? Is there "moderate" and "heavy" stretching also? Shouldn't we be "thorough" or "complete" when stretching, rather than "light"? Does "mild" stretching mean go through the motions but don't really stretch?
Pet peeve!

It means carefully stretch as I've always interpreted. Don't tear something.

For instructions, I agree, but as the name of an exercise it just seems unnecessary.

When logging, I always use "light stretching" as to not overestimate the calories burned. I usually spend 20-minutes or so really stretching out my muscles.

That's the only choice I saw aside from yoga stretching. I just started to log stretching for my own reference, to help me keep focused on it, as I've been shortchanging it a tad this winter. I have timer app on my phone that I use for some of my workouts. I set up a "stretching circuit" on it to time me for 30 sec per stretch and 5 sec to switch, to make sure I hold them long enough.
