eggs are really good, plus they are meant to help your body process the acohol better - or thats what I've heard, so I have either and egg mayo sandwich or scrammbled eggs on toast.
Hope it gets better soon0 -

low fat sausage, grilled lean back bacon, slice of wholemeal toast, baked beans, poached egg.0 -
I've got to agree with orange juice and lots of water. Usually does the trick. When that doesn't work i find going back to bed til it's gone is the next best thing *lol*0

When i used to drink a lot. I'd drink a ton of water before bed, like 1liter to half a gallon. Never really suffered, unless i drank like 2 botttles of tequila. What has always helped me is pedyalite. You know that stuff that babys drink for dehydration. It has a electrolytes to rehydrate you with out the sugar from sprots drinks.0

mass water and 5 teaspoons of vegemite. I'm pretty sure most American's couldn't handle the vegemite as most Australians can't0

it's healthy if you make a bloody mary!0 -
Two multivitamins, Vitamin Water, (the Multi-V one), Aspirin, television, crackers. OR if you are able to do so -- go and work out at the gym -- I know it sounds crazy, but it helps to sweat out the toxins and will make you feel better (and believe me, I know that's NOT an easy thing to even think about when you're hungover, but it works). Hugs!0

Coconut water works wonders.0
