    There are a bunch of paleo people here, and other doing Whole30s and the Autoimmune Paleo Protocol (like myself). You will probably feel some withdrawal for the first couple of weeks, but it will go away. Otherwise good luck, and let us know if you have any questions or need anything :smile:

    I tend to lean towards a KISS principle in food, so Paleo makes sense to me, in that respect.

    I used to follow paleo few years ago. The best thing about it was NOT counting calories. Just use common sense, like not eating the whole bag of nuts. It works very well for average person. But if you start doing some very intense exercise, you might need to change a few things.

    Still tracking though... :)
