Ok, so I am trying to put lean muscle on and increase my weight from 70kg to 80kg. I do a lot of exercise already and have been working our for a while. I'm just lean at the minute but want to increase muscle mass.

I just want some ideas for what I should eat for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

For example currently its like this. (I only eat one of the options a day, not all of them)

Breakfast options:-

Smoked salmon and avocado and eggs
Eggs, bacon, avocado
Porridge
Wholemeal toast with philadelphia
Fruit & nuts

Brown or white rice with tuna and mixed vegetables
Half a chicken and salad and a piece of wholemeal bread
Four chicken thighs

Dinner:

This is basically meat / fish with vegetables

Snacks:

Fruit or nuts or seeds

I am just after more options... Not bothered about desserts. Or does anyone know an app that will do this. I need to eat around 150-200g of protein a day. I used protein shakes to hit whatever I'm missing from meals.

I don't know how to edit my post. But the middle section where it says rice, tuna and vegetables.... That's meant to be the lunch section.

Why do you think you need to eat 200g of protein?

Up your cals by adding more carbs to each meal, other than that you can eat whatever you like.

Lasagne, chilli, bolognese, meatloaf, pizza, burgers, ribs...

You need both protein and carbs for what you want, that would get you the results.

To gain weight you need to eat over your TDEE/maintenance calories and do a progressive heavy lifting program. That's it. It's not about the type of food.

I don't think I'll need to consume that much protein. I reckon I'd need to increase my carb intake, increase my calorie intake and try to aim for 100-130 grams of protein.
