Thank you @ronjsteele1 Technically I started February 1 so 11 months total (I hit goal September 1 so 7 months in loss phase), but yes lots of things are possible inside of a year! 1 -

I went from 218.6 to 176 in from August 2016 til January 2017. I'm 5'7" and carry weight mostly in midsection and chest. Very proud of results thus far.

February 2016 vs December 2016. Made some body comp progress, but the increases on my lifts and performance in the gym is what I was really after. Looking forward to crushing goals in 2017!

Before in August of 2014. After in June of 2016 at my wedding! Lost a total of 120 pounds.
