I lost 2 stone a year back from staving myself and purging, I gained the majority of the weight back after I went to therapy and got well again but now I want to lose the weight but healthily!
I would loveeeeee to have some friends on here to encourage each other. Stay strong brothers and sisters!

I would suggest strongly that you get into weight training. Often girls worry they'll get muscular and masculine...if only they knew how extremely hard it is to build muscle, even for guys!!
- Weight training burns as much calories (if not more) than cardio
- Lean muscle helps keep fat off. The more muscle you have, the more you can eat and stay lean! Kinda unfair, I know lol
- Girls with some muscle look amaaaaaazing.
My 2 cents.

I started weight training end of last year to help build up the muscle I lost during starvation, I really enjoy it and will continue, I recently dislocated my knee so I'm waiting to recover before I get back on it0 -
Anorexia survior here! Lost 30 with the ED and gained it all back plus 20 more. Trying not to restrict and focus on muscle more than cardio2
