Hey all! Just getting started this week with the goal of improving overall health. 47 years old, weight not a huge issue, but looking for some improvements. Here's to '17!

    Welcome! Set small, descriptive goals to hold yourself accountable. If you give yourself a vague plan of action, it's easier to fall off. My small goal for this week is to get in my 9 servings of fruit and vegetables every day. Feel free to add me as a friend!
