My name is Blake and this is my second go at using MFP. I only really use it for when I'm doing a cut. What do ya know! I just started back up with my cutting program!

I was looking at my friends list and I decided that I really need some more people who weight train in my life! Whether you've been lifting for years like me, or are just starting out, feel free to add me!

    Just starting mainly as a way to lose weight but I've found I love throwing weight around!! Never intend to compete etc though just or me

    Lifting is life! Been getting into the bodybuilding sidea of this the last few years instead of powerlifting. Much easier on the body and really started to learn alot about the bulk/cut process.

    I have been lifting on and off for about three years as a hobby and for fitness. I'll be on a cut for the next year or two.
